    @manimawsomelikeme what is your problem? Yes I live in the City, in an outer suburb, I do not have a games machine, and if I did I would not waste my time using it. As for rabbits it is always a head shot so as not to spoil the body for meat. I wonder are you people killing for the sake of killing?

    @YouView09 another retarded city slicker

    @arrived63 u city slick you play video games to much you dont shoot anything in the head except for a turkey or human you aim at vitals just like you wouldnt shoot a deer in the head you little queer bait..

    couldnt agree more, that ” arrived63 ” person is full of shit, ive been shooting for just over a year now, and i dont have the capability to make a head shot on a rabbit everytime, so i just go for the chest. i use my mossberg m817 .17 hmr:)

    i got a crossman ratcatcher a stoeger x20 and next week getting a beretta cx4 storm tactical for fun lol the x20 got loads o power especially in .22 its actually putting large dents in an chromoly target i have from 70+yards im really impressed and am tempted to get a FAC so i can buy a x 50.

  8. gazzmilsom says:

    well it was clean through the lungs and that kills anything just as dead as a headshot and .177 will penetrate both lungs so whats wrong with it? lung shots give u a bigger target to aim at u just need more stopping power for a lung shot and he had the stopping power to do it

    Actually,it was an acceptable shot..if you know anything about hunting in general it’s shot placement. Putting the pellet in the shoulder or behind the shoulder will go through and hit a vital organ,takes a little more skill than putting a pellet in the head which is a guarenteed kill. Also, a .177 is sufficient for a rabbit..especially if shot in the head,so why you say,”why did you get a .177″ is just beyond me.

  10. arrived63 says:

    Its not a good shot. If its not a head shot you have shot badly. I would not brag!

    This was my first rabbit I shot with the stoeger x20 the scope was a little out at the time, I have recently shot more rabbits with head shots and I even dropped a small kangaroo. I got a .177 because it is quiet so I can sneak around without disturbing neighbours.

  12. YouView09 says:

    No offence meant here, but that wasn’t a good shot. Go for the head. And if you knew you were going to go rabbit shooting, why did you get a .177?
